STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. A1 steak sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
6 lg. green peppers

In skillet, brown meat and cook onions until done. Drain. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, rice, steak sauce and pepper. Set aside. Cut tops off peppers. Remove seeds. Spoon meat mixture into peppers - arrange in 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until peppers are done. Makes 6 servings.

HINT: To soften peppers, prior to stuffing, submerge in boiling water for 5 minutes.
