1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding, instant
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil (Crisco)
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. brandied fruit

Mix together all ingredients. Bake in bundt cake pan for 1 hour or until done at 325 degrees.

BRANDIED FRUIT:

1 lg. can peaches with juice
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 jars maraschino cherries, no juice
2 1/2 c. sugar

Stir first 2 ingredients once a day for 10 days. On 10th day, add pineapple and sugar; stir for once a day 10 more days. On the 20th day add cherries and sugar. Stir for 10 more days.
