BEEF AND BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. instant onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can refrigerator biscuits
1 1/2 c. cheese (cheddar, shredded)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg

Brown and drain ground beef, instant onion, and green pepper. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic, and salt into meat mixture and simmer. Pull apart biscuit to make 2 layers; place 1 layer in pan. Combine 1/2 cup cheese with sour cream and egg. Remove meat mixture from heat. Add sour cream mixture and spoon over dough. Arrange biscuits and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
