MAMA'S CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 frying chicken, boiled and deboned and cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 lg. bag of frozen mixed vegetables (cook per directions)
1 c. milk
1 c. of chicken broth
1 c. cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can flaky biscuits

In skillet sauce onions, peppers in butter until tender. Add flour, chicken broth, milk and soup, and lemon juice. Let this come to a boil, stirring constantly.

Add to chicken and your precooked vegetables.

Pour into casserole and cook in preheated oven at 425 degrees until starts to bubble (approximately 10 minutes - watch it). Add biscuits and return to oven and cook until biscuits brown.
