MEXICAN RICE 
2 c. Minute rice
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1 sm. can diced Ortega chilies
8 oz. cubed Jack cheese
4 oz. cubed Cheddar cheese

Cook rice according to directions on box. Combine with other ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can assemble ahead of time. 8 servings.
