CORN SLAW 
1 can white corn, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours. 6 to 8 servings.
