CRANBERRY COOKIES 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, stemmed & chopped
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Measure flour, baking powder and soda and salt into a bowl. Stir with a fork to mix. Cream butter and sugars in large bowl until fluffy. Beat in egg, milk and lemon juice. Stir in flour mixture, a little at a time until well blended. Stir in cranberries nd nuts. Drop dough to teaspoon about 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 15 minutes or until firm and golden. Cool on wire rack.
