FIVE POUNDS OF EASY FABULOUS
FUDGE
 
2 (1 lb.) bags sugar (about 4 1/2 cups)
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow creme or fluff
3 (6 oz. ea.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 cups chopped nuts (optional)

Combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil and boil 8 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

In large bowl, combine Marshmallow Creme and chocolate morsels. Pour boiling sugar mix over them and mix with an electric mixer, starting on low and increasing to medium until it is thoroughly mixed. Add nuts and blend in.

Pour into buttered 9x13-inch pan. Refrigerate until set. Cut into pieces. Stack into container in layers with wax paper. Store in the refrigerator.

Makes 5 pounds of fudge.
