5 POUND MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 can milk
1 tbsp. butter
2 (4 oz.) German sweet bars
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pt. marshmallow creme
2 c. nuts, chopped

1. Break up chocolate bars into pieces in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add semi-sweet pieces, marshmallow creme and nuts.

3. In a large saucepan combine sugar, milk and butter.

4. Heat to boiling point, stir constantly.

5. Reduce heat and boil for 5 minutes (only).

6. Pour boiling syrup over the ingredients in bowl of chocolate.

7. Stir well until blended.

8. Pour into a buttered pan (cookie pan, medium sheet.) Let stand until cool. Chill and cut.
