BLUEBERRY CRUMB CAKE | |
1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon CAKE: 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. blueberries Mix together and reserve topping ingredients. Mix together and cream 1/4 cup butter, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg. Sift and add 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir in 3 cups blueberries and mix thoroughly. Spread in greased and floured 9 inch tube pan. Sprinkle with reserved topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
