MINI PECAN PIES 
PASTRY:

3 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Chill.

FILLING:

1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Salt - pinch
3/4 c. pecans, diced

Roll pastry into small balls. Press from center and shape in mini muffin pan up over the edge. Fill. Bake at 325 degrees, 25 minutes.
