CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 whole fryer chicken, cooked & boned
3 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of onion soup (or 1 pkg. instant onion soup)
Chicken broth
1/2-1 c. shredded cheese, optional

In a large bowl mix chicken, rice, soups and enough chicken broth for desired consistency. Place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and top with cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. Great recipe for a crowd (double for a big crowd) - can be made the day before. Makes 8-10 servings.
