CHEESEBURGER MEAT LOAF 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp garlic salt
1/4 c. grated onion
1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c. cooked rice
6 slices processed cheese

Combine eggs, milk, garlic salt, pepper, onion, rice and meat. Mix thoroughly. Press about 1/2 of mixture into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Place cheese on meat. Spread remaining mixture over cheese, being certain cheese is completely covered. Spoon barbecue sauce over loaf.

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until done. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing.
