CHOCOLATE PUDDING DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. walnuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 sm. instant pudding mix
3 c. milk

Mix together butter, flour and walnuts. Pat into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Mix together cheese and sugar and Cool Whip; spread evenly over cooled crust.

Mix together pudding mixes and milk. Dab all over top of cream cheese, then spread evenly. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
