2 lbs. shrimp 2 lbs. bay scallops seafood magic 1 lb. fresh corn 2 pts. whipping cream 1 stick butter 1 med. onion 1 stalk celery garlic pepper seasoning tabasco sauce Peel shrimp; keep peelings to make stock. Add water, whole onion, whole stalk of celery, and simmer for 1/2 hour. Strain broth. Puree corn and whipping cream; add to broth. Then add butter, seasonings & simmer. Add seafood & continue cooking for 5 minutes or until shrimp is pink. |
