HARVEY WALLBANGER CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) orange cake mix
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. Galliano
2 tbsp. vodka
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. Galliano
1 tsp. vodka

In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Add eggs and oil, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup Galliano, and 2 tablespoons vodka. Mix on low speed of mixer for 1/2 minute. Beat on medium speed for 5 minutes, scraping bowl often.

Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or pour into 2 greased round 9 inch cake pans and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove to rack and pour glaze on while still warm.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. Galliano
1 tsp. vodka
