TUNA WALDORF SALAD 
1 red apple, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1 c. cooked peas
1 tbsp. chopped pickle
1/2 c. cooked carrot, chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Sprinkle apple with lemon juice; combine with remaining ingredients. Chill.

Serves 4-6.
