BLUEBERRY PIZZA 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. orange extract

BLUEBERRY TOPPING:

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cut sugar cookie dough into 1/4 inch slices. Place on 14-inch pizza pan or cookie sheet, well greased with shortening. Press to form a 12-inch circle. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-15 minutes. Cool slightly; loosen with long spatula. Invert onto a rack, cool, invert onto serving platter.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, and extract. Spread on cooled crust. Top with blueberry topping.

For topping, combine berries, sugar, cornstarch and water, stirring well, in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thick and clear. Grated orange or lemon rind, nutmeg or cinnamon may be added.
