PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 10 c. white bread, dices Dice bread in small pieces. Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs. Stir in pineapple with juice. Fold in bread. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Yields 1 1/2 quart casserole. Serve with ham - it's great! |
