NEW POTATO SALAD 
8-10 red rose or new potatoes (sm. to med.)
2 green onions, chopped
Salt to taste
Oil (any kind) - 1/2 c.
1 bunch parsley, chopped
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. Marukan rice vinegar

Boil potatoes until done but not mushy. Quarter. Place in large bowl to mix. Add onions and parsley. Toss to blend well. Add salt and pepper. Drizzle oil over to coat all potatoes and mix until all coated. Drizzle vinegar over and mix until evenly distributed. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Can be served cold or microwave just until warm - not hot. It is very important that ingredients are added in order given.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
