MACARONI-BEEF SKILLET SUPPER 
1 c. skroodles
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. diced onions or 2 tsp. dried onions
1 1/4 c. water
6 oz. tomato paste
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. catsup
18 oz. can mushroom and pieces, drained
3/4 tsp. oregano

Cook skroodles in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Brown the meat and onions until meat loses its pink color and the onions are tender. Add water, tomato paste, pepper, garlic powder, 1/4 cup catsup, mushrooms, and seasoning. Bring to boil and simmer gently 5 minutes. Mix in cooked skroodles and simmer for 5 more minutes. Yields 6 servings.
