CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. converted rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 can water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Put one cup converted rice (uncooked) in bottom of oblong pan. Add one can mushroom soup and one can of celery soup. Then add water. Stir mixture well. Put cut up chicken pieces on top of mixture (or you could use chicken breasts). Sprinkle 1 package dry onion soup over chicken. Cover pan with foil. Cook 2 hours in 350 degree oven or until chicken is tender.
