RAPHAEL'S RED WHITE AND
BLUEBERRY DESSERT
 
Fresh raspberries
Fresh blueberries
Sour cream
Brown sugar
Grand Marnier liqueur

In parfait glasses layer raspberries, then blueberries, then a little brown sugar covered by a thin layer of sour cream. Repeat additional layers of raspberries, then blueberries, brown sugar and sour cream on top. Use a spoon to spread the sour cream into a thin layer completely covering the berries and sugar. Drizzle Grand Marnier liqueur on top.

Decorate top with a pyramid of four or five whole raspberries. Refrigerate and serve cold. (Large stemmed luncheon goblets or iced tea glasses also can be used for guests who may want more berries.)
