STROMBOLLI 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 beaten egg
3 c. flour
1/4 lb. baked ham
1/4 lb. salami
1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/4 lb. hot pepper cheese
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
Finely chopped onion (optional)
Finely chopped green pepper (optional)

Heat until warm, DO NOT BOIL, yeast, salt, sugar, oil, milk and egg. Add flour; mix well and let raise 1 hour. Roll on freezer paper (shiny side). Have meats chopped finely. Add cheese, peppers and onions. Seal edges. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve 1/2 hour after baking.
