CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM 
1 pkg. chipped dried beef, finely chopped
6 chicken breasts, boned, skinned & split
6 slices bacon
2 cartons sour cream
2 cans mushroom soup

Place chopped dried beef in bottom of casserole. Wrap the chicken with the bacon, and arrange on the beef. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over the chicken. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve the gravy over the chicken with rice as a side dish.
