CHERRY PECAN SLICES 
1 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. pecan halves
2 c. candied cherries, chopped (red & green)

Mix in order given. Divide into 3 balls and make each into a 12" roll. Wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours. Cut in 1/8" slices. Bake 13 to 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
