PLUCK - IT - CAKE | |
3 cans Hungry Jack biscuits 2 c. brown sugar 2 sticks butter 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. pecans, chopped Bundt pan Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray such as Pam. Cut biscuits into quarters and place in pan. Use 1 1/2 cans of the biscuits for bottom of pan. Melt butter. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over biscuits. Then sprinkle 1/2 the nuts over that. Repeat, using rest of biscuits, mixture and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (do not overcook). Best when served still warm. Pieces can be "plucked" off for easy eating. |
