CHOCOLATE COKE CAKE 
2 c. unsifted flour
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1 c. coke
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Bring coke and butter to a boil and add to dry mixture. Add buttermilk and eggs. Batter is very thin. Bake in large oblong cake pan at 350 degrees. Generously grease and lightly flour pan. Cake should be very moist. Bake for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar (sifted)
6 tbsp. coke
1 c. chopped nuts, optional
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, cocoa and coke, bring to a boil. Pour over confectioners' sugar and mix well. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread over hot cake.
