CREOLE CORN 
1 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. red bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. green bell pepper, chopped
Dash of red pepper
Dash of black pepper
1 can corn, drained (creamed corn may be substituted)

In a skillet, melt butter. Saute onions and bell peppers until tender. Season with red and black pepper. Add corn and heat.
