CREAMED CAULIFLOWER AND PEAS 
1 lg. cauliflower (3 pkg. frozen)
Salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Milk
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cook cauliflower until tender and drain. Cook peas drain liquid and reserve adding milk to make 2 cups. Set aside.

Saute onion in butter. Remove and stir in flour, 1/2 teaspoons salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in liquid and bring to boiling. In casserole combine peas, cauliflower and sauce. Top with 1/4 cup bread crumbs, that have been browned in 1 tablespoon melted butter.

Bake at 400 degrees covered 30 minutes uncovered 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
