KEVETCHI SHRIMP 
1 lb. steamed shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. oil
Salt, pepper and oregano to taste

Cook tomatoes, onions, cheese, oil, and spices until thickened. Cut shrimp in pieces (or use whole if small) and add to sauce. Simmer 5 minutes or more and serve over a bed of rice.
