MAKE AHEAD SALAD | |
1 med. head lettuce, torn 2 stalks celery, finely cut 1 red onion, cut into thin rings 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese DRESSING: 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. mayonnaise Layer lettuce, celery and onion. Put dressing over top and let set a while. Then toss. Serve. |
