CHICKEN AL FREDO 
4 chicken cutlets, breaded, fried & cut in strips
1 stick butter
1 pt. heavy cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese & 2 tbsp. reserved
1 box fettuccine, cooked according to directions

In saucepan, melt butter, add heavy cream and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Stir sauce until thick. Top fettucini with chicken and sauce and remaining cheese.
