CHILI BEANS 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 lg. can Hunt's sm. red beans
1/2 white or red onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 tbsp. chili powder
2 1/2 heaping tbsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. oregano
Red pepper to taste

Cook beef, onions, garlic in large Dutch oven or covered pan. Add seasonings while cooking. When meat is done add onions are transparent; add tomatoes and beans. Cook until tomatoes and beans are hot, or juice is cooked down depending on preference. If more juice is needed, add chicken or beef broth (1-8 ounce Swanson's).
