PUMPKIN BANANA BREAD 
2 med. bananas
1 c. pumpkin (14 oz.)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
5 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts or raisins; optional

In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas; add pumpkin, eggs, and sugar. Beat in oil. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Add into banana mixture; blend well. Stir in walnuts or raisins. Batter will be stiff. Spread batter into 2 greased loaf pans (8 1/4 x 4 1/4 x 2 1/4) and bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out on rack to completely cool.
