CHICKEN TORTILLA 
12 flour tortillas
2-3 c. chicken OR turkey, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can green chiles, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Black olives, optional
Sour cream, optional

Layer tortillas in a buttered 9x13 pan then put in filler. Top with cheese. Bake for 1 hour in a 325 degree oven. Serves 10.
