1 kilo (about 2 lbs.) flank steak (can use cheaper steak, venison, or elk)
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 green peppers
1 cucumber
2 medium onions, peeled
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. monosodium glutamate (Accent)
