2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg
5 beaten eggs
1/2 c. beer
2 tbsp. cooking oil

In large mixing bowl stir together the biscuit mix, sugar, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg. Stir together the beaten eggs, beer and cooking oil. Add dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. If lumpy add little more beer. Pour in frying pan and cook until desired brownies. Top with butter and syrup.
