MINI SLOPPY JOE BUNS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 2 (10 oz.) cans Hungry Jack biscuits Salt & pepper 1 egg, slightly beaten Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. In large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and seasonings. Remove from heat. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and mix well. Separate dough into 20 biscuits. Roll each into a 4 inch circle. Spoon 2 tablespoons meat mixture onto center of each dough circle. Bring dough up over meat mixture, pinch edges together to form buns. Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-16 minutes or until golden brown. 10 servings. |
