PIZZA BURGERS 
1/2 lb. luncheon ham, ground
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. sage
3/4 tbsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Brown beef, add ham, salt, sage, oregano. Take off heat and add spaghetti sauce, grated cheese, and parsley. Spread on halves of hamburger buns open face.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
