MOTHER'S PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 level tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 sm. can (1 c.) crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix sugar, salt, flour and eggs together. Add pineapple and vanilla. Pour in unbaked shell and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and lower temperature to 350 degrees for 30 minutes more cooking time. (Recipe may be doubled for cooking 2 pies at the same time.) (Small.)
