CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

FILLING:

16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Make crust by combining crust ingredients. Press crust into bottom and 1 1/2" up the sides of a 9" springform pan.

FILLING: Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in bowl until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until almost set. Remove from oven and cool. Remove sides of pan. Cover and chill for several hours. Serving suggestions: Pipe whipping cream around cake edge and sprinkle with shaved chocolate or top with your favorite raspberry sauce and garnish with fresh raspberries. Makes a 9" cake.
