PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. rice
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 egg
3 c. tomato juice

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl and form into 10 large meatballs. Place in pressure pan and pour tomato juice in. Cook under pressure about 20 minutes.
