CHUCK WAGON SKILLET 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground chuck
2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. med. noodles, uncooked
1/4 c. water

In large covered skillet, melt butter. Saute onion until tender. Add meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown slowly, turning occasionally, in layers, add cheese, celery, olives, and noodles. Pour on tomatoes and water. Cover and bring to a steam. Do not remove cover. Turn heat to low. Simmer 35 minutes. Serves about 6.
