FAJITAS 
Top round steak or chicken

SAUCE:

2 c. soy sauce
2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion powder or 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. barbecue sauce

Combine ingredients and let stand in refrigerator overnight.

Use 1/2 lb. steak for each person. Cut meat into pieces easy to cook (3x5) and marinate in fajita sauce several hours or overnight. Grill over hot coals about 10 minutes. Baste meat with marinade a few times while cooking. Cook meat into bite-size pieces. Wrap in warm tortilla with green pepper, onions, chopped tomatoes, shredded Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream. Saute onions and peppers for better flavor.
