CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter; mix first five ingredients together; press into 9 x 13 inch sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly brown. Cool.

Next, mix Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and cream cheese; spread over crust.

Then, mix pudding milk, and vanilla (as you would pudding) and spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread other half of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle nuts on top, if desired.
