3 cans ballard biscuits 1 c. brown sugar 1 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) bag pecans Unwrap your butter and put in a little kettle to melt while you cut your biscuits. Cut your biscuits in 4 pieces (pie shaped) and roll each piece in a mixture of white sugar, cinnamon, the more cinnamon the better! Grease your tube pan with butter and drop in enough pecans to coat the bottom, then drop in 1/2 can of the biscuits, more pecans, then the other 1 1/2 cans of biscuits. Then the butter you melted in the pan; add the cup of brown sugar to it and stir good and drizzle over the top of the biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn your oven to broil and brown the top slightly. Turn out of pan soon as removed from the oven. Always pull apart with fork, don't cut. |
