MOCK WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3/4 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar

Cook flour and milk until thick. Let mixture cool completely. Whip butter and sugar with electric mixer at highest speed for at least 10 minutes. Add thickened milk to this and beat thoroughly. Put frosting on cooled cake. Refrigerate.

Yields one 9 x 13 inch frosted cake. Do not double.
