MINT CHIP TREAT 
8 graham crackers
3/4 tbsp. plus 2/3 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 eggs
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts, optional
1/2 gal. mint chocolate chip ice cream

Smash graham crackers in bottom 8 x 12 inch pan. Mix with 3-4 tablespoons melted butter and bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.

Beat together rest of butter, powdered sugar and 3 egg yolks. Add chocolate, vanilla and salt. Stiffly beat 3 egg whites, then fold into mixture. Mix in nuts, spread over crumbs and freeze overnight. Add ice cream on top and refreeze.
