CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 c. water
2 c. sugar (or less)
4 c. cranberries
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. white seedless raisins
1 pear, thinly sliced or diced
1/2 c. sliced or chopped peaches
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. slivered almonds or walnuts

Combine water, sugar, cranberries, spices and salt in saucepan. Cook, stirring often, until berries pop. Add remaining ingredients except nuts. Cook 30 minutes or until desired consistency. Stir in nuts when ready to serve. Enjoy.
